About the Coaching Process

  • Training Plan

    Athletes receive individualized training plans via TrainingPeaks designed for their ability, schedule, and goals.

  • Check-ins

    Communication is vital to the coach athlete relationship. We use this time to answer questions, make adjustments, and provide guidance.

  • Race Plan

    Each high priority race will have a detailed race plan including specific performance targets and nutrition guidance for race day.

Triathlon Coaching FAQ

  • No, I work with athletes all over the world! The process is the same regardless of whether we’re in the same location. We’ll use Zoom to check in bi-weekly and you’ll access your plan via TrainingPeaks.

  • I need you to know how to swim and ride a bike but I work with varying levels of triathlete in my program.

  • Yes it’s the same price.

  • Keep an eye on the clinics and camps for a chance to get in person feedback!

  • Coaching benefits everyone, especially beginners who have more to learn. Regardless of experience, everyone can learn something from a coach.

  • It depends on the athlete and what gear and goals they have.
